Inspect. Proof. Clean Up. Follow Up. We inspect the whole home, seal the entry points, clean and sanitize on the same visit, then set traps and keep coming back until the house stays quiet.
The inspection is free, and it is where every job starts. Our inspector checks the attic, roofline, garage, crawlspace when there is one, and the full outside of the home, tracing droppings and runways back to the openings rats and mice are using. He takes photos of what he finds, and the inspection becomes a written estimate with a report and map our crew works from.
Our crew works from the inspector's report and map, sealing every entry point rats and mice are using, and the ones they could use next. We seal with construction grade materials.
Clean-up is its own step, but it happens on the same visit as the proofing, while the crew is already there. Where it is accessible, we remove droppings, nesting material, damaged insulation, plastic vapor barrier, and heat duct insulation, then sanitize and deodorize the areas we cleaned. Damaged materials go back new and up to code, and we protect the inside of the home while we work.
After the proofing, we come back every 3-5 days until there is zero activity. At each visit we check the traps and re-inspect the sealing, looking for any new opening or fresh sign that rats or mice are still moving. Once the traps stay empty and the house stays quiet, we take the traps out and the job is done.

Yes. We check the roofline, attic, garage, crawlspace when there is one, and the outside of the home, show you the openings and signs of activity we find, and give you a written estimate before any work begins.
No. Integrity does not use rodent poison. We seal the entry points and trap the rodents that may still be inside, so the problem is solved at the opening instead of with bait.
The price depends on the house: the animal, the activity level, and how many openings need sealing. That is why we inspect first and put the full cost in a written estimate. Our Resources section has a full guide to what rodent control pricing is based on.
Not for rodent proofing. Proofing is repair work on the house itself. If trapping or follow-up trap checks are part of your job, those visits are listed in your written estimate.
Start with the inspection. It identifies the animal and the openings it is using, and the estimate only includes the work your home actually needs. Not every home needs clean-up or insulation, and we will tell you when it does not.
