Recommendations depend on the home, rodent activity, areas that can be safely accessed and the conditions found during the inspection. The written estimate describes the work included for a specific property.
Services and warranties
Trapping, follow-up visits, clean-up, insulation work and warranty coverage are not automatically included with every job. When any of these items apply, they will be described in the estimate or service documentation.
Photos and project information
Project photos and case studies are used only when the underlying job information has been verified. Individual project conditions should not be assumed to apply to another property.
