Integrity Rodent Proofing

Commercial Services

Rodent Proofing and Monthly Service for Local Businesses.

Rats and mice in a restaurant, a rental or a warehouse turn into health inspection findings, tenant calls, damaged stock and bad reviews. We inspect the building, seal the openings rodents are using, set exterior bait stations and traps where they fit, and keep it covered with a monthly service plan.

Who we serve

Built for the Buildings Rodents Like Most

Four kinds of properties make up most of our commercial work. Each one gets the same start: a free inspection and a written plan.

Property Management

Rodents are one of the calls tenants make most. We proof the unit, document the work, and keep monthly checks on the buildings that need them.

Restaurants & Food

Droppings near food storage can fail an inspection. We seal the openings, watch the dumpster and dock areas, and leave a service record for your files.

Warehouses & Light Industrial

Loading docks, roll-up doors and stored product draw rats. We seal the gaps, place stations along the walls, and check them monthly.

Apartments & HOAs

Attics, crawl spaces and garage rows are shared problems in multi-unit buildings. One plan can cover the entry points for the whole property.

Monthly service

What a Monthly Plan Covers

Proofing stops the rodents getting in today. A monthly plan watches the building so new pressure gets caught early, while it is still cheap to deal with.

Every building is different, so the plan is priced from the inspection. You see the full cost in writing before anything starts.

Bait stations checked, cleaned and refilled
Traps and monitors checked, activity noted
New entry points spotted early, before they become a problem inside
A written service log left at every visit
Recommendations in writing when something needs attention

How it works

From Inspection to Monthly Service

Inspect. Seal. Trap. Protect. Maintain. The order matters: sealing comes first, so what we remove is not replaced next week.

01

Inspect

We walk the building inside and out, find the entry points and signs of activity, and show you what we find. The inspection is free.

02

Seal

We seal the openings with rodent-resistant materials. Cleaning and sanitizing happens as we seal, where droppings and nesting are found.

03

Trap

Rodents already inside get trapped and removed. Anything left after trapping gets cleaned up.

04

Protect

Exterior bait stations and monitors go in where they fit the site: along walls, near docks and dumpsters, away from food and customer areas.

05

Maintain

Monthly visits keep the stations, traps and entry points checked, with a written log each time.

Records

Service Records You Can Hand to an Inspector

Every visit leaves a written service log. If anyone asks what is being done about rodents at your building, you have a dated answer.

Health inspectors, landlords and corporate offices all ask the same question: what is being done about rodents? A dated service log is a straight answer.

What was checked and what was found
Entry points sealed, with photos when they help
Activity noted by area, so trends are easy to see
Recommendations written down, not just mentioned

Why Integrity

A Local Specialist, Not a Spray Route

National companies sell coverage. We sell one thing: keeping rodents out of your building, with the same person on the job each month.

Rodents are the whole job

We are not a spray route that also does rodents. Finding and sealing entry points is the main work, and it is what monthly service protects.

You talk to Mike

The person who inspects your building is the person who runs your service. No call center, no rotating tech learning your site.

Same-week inspections

Commercial problems do not wait well. We book inspections the same week you call, and the written plan follows the visit.

Questions

About Commercial Service

Serving Dixon, Davis, Woodland, Winters, Vacaville, Fairfield and the rest of our service area. If your building sits outside it, call and ask. We will tell you straight if we can cover it.

Are bait stations safe around food, customers and pets?+

The stations we use are tamper-resistant boxes that stay locked. Bait stays inside the box, and boxes go outside along walls and service areas, not in kitchens or dining areas. We place them with you on the first visit so you know exactly where each one is.

Do you use poison inside the building?+

No. Inside, we seal openings and trap. Bait stays in locked exterior stations, so there is no poison inside your building.

Do I need a monthly plan, or can we do a one-time job?+

Both are fine. Buildings with steady pressure, like restaurants and warehouses near open fields, do better with monthly service. If you just need a building proofed once, we can do that too, and you can add service later.

Will service disrupt our business hours?+

Most monthly checks happen outside and take little time inside. We schedule visits around your hours where we can, and sealing work is planned with you before we start.

We already have a pest company. Why add you?+

Most pest services spray and set a few traps. Sealing the entry points is a different job, and it is the part that stops rodents getting in. We can handle the rodent side alongside your current company.

How fast can you come out?+

Same week in most cases. Call (707) 754-2408 and we will set a time that works around your business.
